Delivery, Shipping and Returns

Delivery times

Standard items are made to order and will be shipped within 5 working days of the order being placed.  Within the UK, these are sent via Royal Mail by second class post.  While many orders will be sent out sooner, if you need your product(s) more urgently, please contact us with your request before placing your order.

Special commissions may take up to 10 working days to be ready for dispatch.  During this time, we may contact you to make sure we get the finer details of your order right, and also to send you photos of your commission as it evolves.  We encourage your feedback and want to work with you to create something which is special and unique to you.

Shipping

We can ship anywhere globally.  If your country of residence is not listed, simply contact us and we will be able to quote you for the shipping cost.  Please bear in mind that some contents for kits e.g. soil and plant bulbs, cannot be shipped to all overseas countries, but we can replace these with other items for you.

Returns

We want our customers to be happy with our products and service, to return again and to recommend us to others.  We will accept returns of any items which are faulty or damaged on delivery, and are reported to us via email ([email protected]) within 5 days of delivery.  In such cases, we may request that you either return the product to us, for which the postage fee will be refunded on production of a receipt, or email us photos clearly identifying the damage and including the packaging.  In such cases, and once we have seen the damage, we are happy to offer a full refund or a replacement, assuming we have one available.

We are also happy to provide full refunds for any products if you simply change your mind, providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and condition, and the return shipping cost is met by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on personalised or seasonal products (such as Christmas), unless the refund is requested due to damage, which must be evidenced as with any other return.
